Therapy Services

  • Individual Trauma Therapy

Life’s hardest experiences can leave lasting impacts on your mind, body, and relationships. Together we will process the past, reduce symptoms of anxiety or depression, and reconnect with your sense of self. Collaboratively, we’ll work at a pace that feels right for you, using evidence-based approaches to foster healing and resilience.

  • EMDR & EMDR Intensives

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a powerful therapy for resolving painful memories and helping your nervous system find relief. I offer both standard EMDR sessions and EMDR intensives, a focused, extended format that allows us to dive deeply into healing in a shorter timeframe. This approach can be especially helpful if you’re seeking faster results or have recently experienced an isolated traumatic event.

  • Couples Counseling

Relationships can be both rewarding and challenging. Couples counseling provides a space for partners to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen connection. Whether you’re navigating conflict, adjusting to life changes, or simply wanting to feel closer, counseling can help you move forward together with greater understanding and support.

At this time, I do not work with couples navigating active addiction, betrayal trauma or infidelity, or domestic violence. If these concerns are present, I can provide referrals to trusted providers who specialize in these areas to ensure you receive the best possible care.

  • Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counseling

Preparing for marriage is about more than planning a wedding; it’s about building a strong and lasting foundation for your future together. I am trained in Prepare/Enrich Premarital Counseling, a research-based and assessment-guided program that highlights your strengths as a couple and identifies areas for growth.

Through this structured process, we’ll explore important topics such as communication, conflict resolution, finances, roles and expectations, and family dynamics. You’ll gain practical tools to navigate challenges, deepen understanding, and strengthen your bond. Premarital counseling offers a meaningful way to step into marriage with greater confidence, clarity, and connection.
